1. Orders & Production

How long does it take to produce my order?

→ Apparel items are made on demand and take 2–5 business days for production before shipping. CDs, vinyl, and other music merchandise are ready to ship immediately.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

→ Since apparel is made on demand, order changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours after purchase. Contact us at carnivalyouth@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.


2. Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

→ Shipping times vary by location. Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe (EU & UK): 4–7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 10–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
    (Please note that actual delivery times may vary.)

Do you offer tracking?

→ Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.


3. Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

Apparel (Made on Demand): No returns or exchanges, as each piece is custom-made. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
CDs, Vinyl & Music Merchandise: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
